BUCKS COUNTY DIVORCE MEDIATION AND AMICABLE DIVORCES
Mr. Lieberson, an experienced divorce lawyer in Bucks County, has shifted his practice to 100% divorce mediation and the amicable resolution of divorce and family law issues, including support, equitable distribution, alimony and custody. This follows 33 years of practice and experience in divorce and family law, with 31 of those years in Bucks County. The new mediation practice is intended to draw upon the 33 years of experience, supplemented by specialized mediation training with certification from the National Center for Mediation Education and a separate certification from the Bucks County Bar Association.
In addition to the mediation practice, Mr. Lieberson intends to take on divorce and family law matters that are relatively non-contested matters, where there are limited issues or where the issues or most of the issues have been resolved amicably.
Mr. Lieberson is a member of the Pennsylvania and Bucks County Bar Associations and is an active member of the Family Law Section of both.
Mr. Lieberson has appeared on the Bucks County Bar Association television show discussing family law issues, and has presented divorce and family seminars to other lawyers, various organizations and the public for over 33 years. He frequently receives referrals from other lawyers, and has represented lawyers and their spouses over the years.
